Help with Logging In

Browsers, Cookies and Javascript

In order for you to be able to login, you must have Cookies enabled in your browser:

If you're using Internet Explorer 6 (to check, click on Help - About) then follow these instructions:

Cookies

If your browser is blocking cookies on this site, there will be a small icon on the status bar (shown in the image below):

To allow cookies, goto Tools - Internet Options - Privacy in the menu. Click the "Default" button (or manually slide the bar down to "Medium") under "Settings".

Javascript

If Javascript is disabled in your browser you will not be able to login or use many of the features of this site.

To enable Javascript, follow these instructions:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. On the Security tab, click Internet.
  3. Click Default Level, and then click OK.

If the issue continues to occur try this:

  1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  2. On the Security tab, click Internet, and then click Custom Level.
  3. Under Active scripting, click Enable or Prompt.
  4. Click OK, and then click Yes.
  5. Click OK.
