Futures Options

A Futures Option is a contract between two parties giving the buyer the right, but not the obligation, to buy or sell a parcel of shares at a predetermined price on or before a predetermined date.

The option buyer exercises this right when it is to his/her advantage. Futures Options have gained acceptance as invaluable tools in your portfolio.

Options are often used within many companies as a risk management tool and are an important tool in that process.
